This is a very good hotel, almost only bungalows and all inclusive. It is a 3 star hotel and the food is 4 star. Three beaches three bars one gym and tennis courts. 10 minutes walk to a bank and ATM machine.

Our travel agent hooked us up with airport shuttle service on Island Comfort Tours. We were picked up at the Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sangster International Airport. Our driver RICHARD was incredible! RICHARD was informative, entertaining, hospitable, and charming. The ride to our motel then back to the airport a few days later was outstanding. RICHARD is truly the best of the best!!! He was definitely one of the highlights of our Jamaican experience. Thanks, RICHARD, for being so awesome. You are amazing!!! Richard was always in touch letting us know the plan of action for pick up and drop off. We also used this company for 2 other excursions that we did. O’Neil was our driver for both excursions and he picked us up at the airport. (Richard let us at the airport as well) O’Neil was Professional, friendly, informative, and an all around nice guy. He was also a good driver which is very important to have in Jamaica! Highly recommend using this company for your airport and excursion needs, you will be glad you used them! 10 out of 10.

Wonderful experience for airport transfers and river raft excursion
Richard was super responsive. Both he and Courtney drove us around. The price of RT airport transfer was so reasonable. We did a river raft half day excursion at Lethe (run by the community). It came out to almost half the price that the resort excursions desk quoted us. It was wonderful! Afterwards, Richard took us to a couple of restaurants per our request so we can get local beef patties and jerk pork. He was so laid back and easy to work with!

Absolutely faultless service from Richard who kept in touch before we arrived. We were met at the airport by Taffa who was a lovely gentleman, very helpful at airport and gave us a guided tour all the way to the Royalton, despite my delighted squeaks every time I saw the ocean and the sunset.Would 100% recommend and use again.Thank you Richard and Taffa.

I had an amazing experience using this service and company. Richard was our driver through Island comfort tours. As soon as we landed he was there with a sign waiting on us. He was very welcoming and professional. I mentioned in booking it was my birthday and he went out of his way to welcome us accordingly. He was very personable, answering any questions we had along the dive to our hotel. He explained different land marks and we learned a lot about Jamaica along the way. He really had a hand in starting out our trip on a good welcoming note. Upon our departure, he was there on time and just as friendly and courteous as when we arrived. When we return to Jamaica we will definitely be booking and requesting him again. Highly recommended!
